The following terms and conditions apply if you join one of our tours listed on our website. Please be sure to review all sections.
You must be 18 years of age or older to join our tours alone. A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors under 18.
A deposit is required for most of our tours. This amount and the last payment date of the remaining fee are stated on each tour page. Payment is not required during the reservation process. You will be able to pay once we confirm your reservation.
You can use a credit or debit card to make your payment through our secure online payment system.
Passports and Visas
Please ensure that all passports and visas are current, valid, and obtained on time.
We do not provide travel insurance, but we recommend that travelers take out travel insurance for health or loss of luggage while traveling.
We will email you the tour voucher, flight tickets, and other travel documents as PDF files. Please check your travel documents’ details.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation conditions are stated on each tour page.
To cancel your reservation:
1. You can click the cancel button on the My Bookings page.
2. You can send us an email notifying us of the cancellation.
Depending on the date you notify us of the cancellation, we will refund your payment within 7 working days of your cancellation according to the cancellation conditions stated on the tour page.
We regret that no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour, such as entrance fees, accommodation, transfers, or flights. However, you can exclude accommodation at the time of booking.
If Masya Anatolia Tours cancels a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made for that tour.
If you wish to change your booking, we will assist you in making the change wherever possible.
If the airline cancels the flight, we will notify you and arrange a new flight closest to the original flight.
